Lilland
Hotel is centrally located at Tau, within walking distance from the ferry
quay where the Stavanger ferry docks. Tau is an important traffic junction in
Ryfylke whether you come by the Stavanger-Tau or Lauvik-Oanes ferry. The hotel
has 16 double and 6 single rooms, restaurant and bar. You can find more
information in this

Preikestolhytta
was built in 1949 to make it easier for walkers to conquer this famous overhang.
Previously, walkers had to spend the night at the trackless mountain farms of
Refsvatnet, Vatne and Torsnes. In the main building there are simple private
rooms with bunk beds and sink. Toilet and shower are located in the corridor.
There are 4-bedded rooms with a beautiful view towards the lake for families and
groups, and also 2-bedded rooms. Big 2-bedded rooms with shelves, table and
chairs for those who wish for a bit more space or small 2-bedded rooms in a
cheaper price class. The restaurant serves traditional Norwegian food.
